SPF Records - NetSuite using 'SparkPostMail' ?

I am having issues today with emails being delayed in delivery.

Looking at the headers, they are failing SPF checks.

My SPF record includes sent-via.netsuite.com as per Answer Id: 9429

However, analysis of today's mail headers shows this server:

mta-70-3-227.netsuite.com.sparkpostmail.com 156.70.3.227

Here is the full trace analysis:

Is this 'sparkpostmail' something new that NetSuite is using to send emails? Should we be including this in our SPF records? When did this change?
