AUTO EMAIL
Hello,
I am an administrator working at Duy Hung Technology Joint Stock Company, one of the companies using netsuite software.
I am trying the feature of sending automatic debt notification email to customers, and have done the following steps:
Step 1: I have created a saved search detailing the time of debt notification, named: "Detailed report of receivables by invoice_TEST AUTO EMAIL".
Step 2: I have set up as follows:
But when the email is sent back, there is no notification header, it appears like this:
Can you help me set up so that the subject of the email automatically does not have the customer name blank like I am experiencing?
