Enabling the Company News Portlet

Currently my NetSuite Dashboard is not showing the Company News Portlet. It is not showing up in the Standard Content Portlets in the Personalize Dashboard section of the Home.

On the Help Center it says you need to have "Employee Center Dashboard Publishing" enabled under "Setup > Company > Setup Tasks > Enable Features" which I have enabled. It also mentions the global permission named "Employee Center Dashboard Publishing" but the only permission close to that is named "Employee Center Publishing". I am able to write and make news articles but unable to view them in a portlet form due to the fact the portlet is not there.
