Trim a saved search result (remove characters from Purchase Order result)

Hi all,

I'm displaying Purchase Order numbers in a saved search where Type is Item Receipt and Applied to Transacction: Type is Purchase Order.

I want to exclude from the result 'Purchase Order #....' i.e. only display from characters 'PO...'
