Credit Memo automatically with Create Record action
From a custom record I am trying to create a credit memo with a workflow.
In the workflow I am trying to use the create record action.
However when I look in the record type list of the create record action I do not see the credit memo as on of the available options.
When I try the Go To Record action I do see that the credit memo record type is available.
Do you have any idea why the credit memo transaction type is not in the list for the create record action?
Is there anything I can do to make it available in that list? Or do you happen to know a workaround how I can create a credit memo record from a custom record with a workflow?
