Set field Value failing in workflow
I have a "Set Field Value" action that I'm wanting to trigger on entry into a new workflow state however this results in "SETFIELDVALUE [Warning: Value cannot be set in BEFORELOAD on already existing (not a new) record.]".
I get this same failure whether I trigger on "Entry" or "Before Record Load". Using any other trigger type results in the field not being updated until the record is being edited.
The workflow state change is being trigger by a button press in the view mode so editing is not involved. Is there a way I can update the field value without having to open the record for editing?
