Create inventory error at Bin input

When I want to enter bin number D 01 01 04 I get the following error

You cannot create inventory in a staging or WIP bin location. To create this inventory in the selected bin, on the associated bin record, an administrator must change the value in the WMS Bin Location Type field from Stage or WIP


The Bin type is set to 'None' and there is no WMS Bin Location Type for this Bin.

How can I get rid of this error?
