Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
Enabling Customer Support and Service Feature
We have been running SuiteCommerce for over a year and are planning to add Support Case functionality within My Account to logged in customers. At this point we do not have the Customer Support and Service Feature enabled. Is there anything I should watch out for prior to enabling the feature? I don't want to interrupt any of our current Commerce activity.
