AE:How do I log a support call if NetSuite and/or SuiteAnswers is down?
Is there any other method of logging a support call online if you can't access NetSuite (as happened previously) or SuiteAnswers (as appears to be a problem today).
I do not have access to telephone support (as this has now been removed from Basic Support), so if I can't access SuiteAnswers, I don't appear to have any way to log a call?
