AE:Source from a Item field within a Item Fulfillment (Workflow)

Hi,

Within the Item Fulfillment form I've got a Custom field 'Pallet Weight'. There is also a custom field called 'Packing'. Within the 'Packing' field it's possible to select an Item from the Sub Article Group 'Pallets'

When a user selects a value within the drop-down list of the field 'Packing' I would like to grap the value of field 'Weight' from the selected Item and place that value into custom field 'Pallet Weight'.

Is this possible with a Workflow?
