Pick Ticket Printed Search

Okay Guru's. Maybe because I woke up thinking it was Saturday, but wasn't. ? For the life of me I can't figure out why this order is not showing up on my search. I run this report every day to catch pick tickets that were printed but not processed. This is my search criteria.

And this is the system notes on the SO in question.

Can anyone spot the reason why my search would not pick up this SO?
