Need help with workflow

Hi Guru's

On the customer i have a custom field 'Credit Limit Space' created. This field is calculated based on a workflow and on the entity field the 'Store Value' is disabled.

I want to source this field to the Sales Order. When a new sales order is created an extra transaction body field must show the information of the entity field Credit Limit Space.

This is not working in any way. I tried the source and Filtering option (Customer - Credit Limit Space) but i don't get any result in the field on the sales order.

I tried a workflow on the sales order.
