Locked Workflows

Hi,

I have a question about locked workflow. There are some workflows that we would like to change and we went to our VAR to help us unlock it and they tell us that it is locked by NetSuite as part of the "SuiteSuccess bundles". is it possible for NS to unlock some of our workflows?
