Chrome & Autofill No Longer Working ?

Has anyone else noticed that "autofill" is no longer active with Chrome & NetSuite? We have users regularly entering the same string into a txt field (ie Task Subject) and up until a week ago, Chrome would "remember" this value as they start to type. See screenshot ... small thing but a big timesaver in a busy setting.

About a week ago this stopped working in Chrome. I've confirmed this is not the result of an internal GPO (group policy object) change. I've found one other report of this online.
