AE:Issues opening Transactions

Is this a new error message - this is not something I've seen previously?

It started earlier today refusing to open Cash Sale transactions, and now this is coming up on Invoices, Bills, Journals (but no Sales Orders - yet!)

Am I safe to assume this is a NetSuite issue that will be resolved centrally? I cannot see any notifications on the NetSuite Status page.

I have logged with support, but I'm not sure when I can expect a response from them....
