Migrating to netsuite one world

Hi there,

What is process involved once a customer has paid for the one world bundle apart from 'reimplementation' of the subsidiaries ?

How are the subsidiaries activated? Is there going to be a different instance different from the current production instance? If its activated on the same instance, are we able to completely separate the current company with the new set up? Sort of a tree without the existing company.

At the moment, i am able to see the additional subsidiaries on the billing information but nothing more .
