Store Pickup - Available Today, Pick up on Thursday, Next Pickup Cut-Off Time

Is anyone else using the 'Store Pickup' functionality in Suite Commerce Advanced?

I have my locations set up with a cut-off time of 2pm, and it shows (at 4pm) that the next cut off time is tomorrow (today is 2/11):

From this I assume that orders placed now for pickup should show as available to pick up tomorrrow?

This is what is showing in SCA:

The text alongside the store location (saying 3 Available today) sometimes shows correctly as '3 Available tomorrow - but this is not consistent. I have also seen it show completely wrong days (such as a weekend when we are not open).
