AE:Send Updates to Customer when an Order delayed going into Pick
Hi,
Going into the busy period to improve customer experience I wanted to add an automatic email update to send out when a customer order is delayed going into pick.
My thoughts initially were to use a saved search to identify the orders which basically did not have a pick report assigned after so many days. The saved search works to identify the desired orders. I thought then I could use the email schedule to send it out. However it seems that you can not customise the email, it just sends the result of the search which is completely useless in this circumstance.
