AE:How to count the number of sublist lines for items on a purchase order

edited Nov 4, 2021 2:00PM in Ask A Guru 5 comments

Hi,

Please can someone help me as I'm trying to use the below script to display the the total number of item lines on a purchase order as well as the number of lines which have an inactive cost centre that are on the purchase order.

The alert message which currently displays says:

"This purchase order has -1 cost centres selected.

This purchase order has 0 inactive cost centres selected."

Am I right by using 'recmachitem' for the sublistId as looking at the records schema the id for the items sublist is item? If I am using the right id please can you let me know were I'm going wrong?

Howdy, Stranger!
