Email capture plugin

I am trying to test an email capture plugin I have installed in a sandbox account.

I have noticed there is a system generated email address to be used with the plugin.

Is it possible to change this email address?


I am finding that the plugin does not work with this email address (I get a system undeliverable auto response).


For the same account, I have been using email case captures to create support cases and that account works fine. I was wanting to change the email address associated with the plugin so that it is the case capture email address instead
