Advanced PDF/HTML - Field not showing on the web

Update: I dont think it is capturing the correct PDF, but I am not sure what it is grabbing it from. Here are my settings


Hi,

We created a template for Cash Receipts. When the customer clicks on the PDF link associated to the Cash Sales the sales order # is not showing up.

If i click on the same cash sales order in the backend it does pull the information.

The field I am referring to is ${record.createdfrom}

Any ideas on why it doesnt work on the front end? tx!
