Connection Error Occured on iPhone Expenses

I have one user who has added expenses on this iPhone app - but gets the error "Connection Error Occured" when trying to add to an Expense report.

We have tried uninstalling, reinstalling - same error.

I cannot see the expenses that he has added on his iPhone in his expense log.

This error has been going on since yesterday - any tips for getting this working for him?
