Sales Order order confirmation workflow
Hello Gurus,
Can you please help us in creating a workflow which will send the email to customer once the sales order is confirmed. The email address to be sent is from custom field which we have created and email needs to attach the pdf of Sales order.
The two fields "Purchaser name and purchaser email" are taking value from "Customer contact list.
We want the purchaser to receive order confirmation email along with PDF once the order is approved. In our case once the Sales order status is "Pending Fulfillment"
We tried creating a workflow, but its not working. Can you please guide what are we doing wrong here
