Missing current exchange rate data at a certain date

In our account, CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE INTEGRATION is enabled and every currency's AUTOMATIC UPDATE is also enabled, and there is no record that they were changed.

However, only on Nov 3rd,2021's currency exchange data does not exist.

Other data Before Nov 3rd and after Nov 3rd was normally recorded.

What is wrong with this problem?

Is there anybody who got the same issues like this?
