ABSI SFTP issue
Hello,
I'm trying to connect to our banks SFTP server (HSBC) via ABSI. I've configured the financial institution and the format profile to feed BAI2 bank statement files. I'm running into an issue where NS can't seem to connect to the server based on my configuration, I keep getting the following error:
"There was a problem connecting to your financial institution. Unable to establish a connection to the SFTP server. Check your SFTP connectivity configuration and ensure all fields are valid, then try again. If you continue to receive this message, contact your financial institution."
However I'm also utilizing the SFTP module to send EFT payment files to the same server using the same credentials and this works fine. Additionally, I can easily log onto the server using FileZilla. The BAI2 files are placed in the following directory:
