Fixed Assets Role and Permissions

Hello!

I was wondering if there is a way to restrict the permissions to create an asset, edit depreciation methods, alternate methods, and restrict the ability to do asset transfers in a custom role.

I know there are Fixed Asset permissions you can set for a custom role but they don't seem to be working.
