Can I Combine "Case When" with "startsWith"

in Ask A Guru 5 comments

I am trying to combine Case When with startsWith and cannot seem to get the syntax correct.

Or perhaps, I am going at it the wrong way.

Here is the Formula (Text) I tried:

case

when (name.startsWith('540-')) THEN 'KVH P/N'

else 'REVIEW' end
