Purchase Order Column total purchased of items
Hello, we are wondering if there is a way to sum up an items usages on all work orders for the last year to date and then display this on purchase orders internally on the line item columns. This way when purchasing is ordering items they can see how many we have used in year and adjust orders on the fly. Due to increased growth and lack of updating reorder points we have need a quick way for purchasing agents to assess and items usage.
ex. Item 300-0001 was a line item on 503 work orders with a total quantity used of 2400. The 2400 quantity would appear when purchasing agents are ordering that item on the actual column on the purchase order they are entering.
