Customer Status: Role Permissions
What Role permission is required to change the Status field {entitystatus} on the Customer Record? If I Edit the record as Administrator the dropdown is active and I can make a change, but I need to assign this permission to another role. The issue does not appear to be Form related but I cannot identify the correct role permission. Thanks -
