JS_EXCEPTION SSS_SEARCH_ERROR_OCCURRED

When trying to Create a new Dunning Procedure in a new Custom role, I receive the following error message:

An unexpected error occurred in a script running on this page.

JS_EXCEPTION

SSS_SEARCH_ERROR_OCCURRED Search error occurred: Record 'customrecord_suite_l10n_variable' was not found.

But when I try to create the new Dunning Procedure in my Admin role, I do not receive the error message.

What am I missing in this new role?
