SuiteBundle for multiple Customer

Hi,

We have developed a project and created bundle based on POS like that. At the time of installing I have lock all the scripts from development account. It will works fine for a customer. The same thing I have installed for multiple customers also.

Now my query is Customer A asking some changes in the bundle. How do I make changes and deploy it only for customer A without affecting other customers. Is there any possibilities let me know?
