Hiding PST in an Expense report

Hey All

Is there a way to hide or move PST (tax2amt) field to a different section or hide it from the screen? I tried to hide via the Customs Form option but there are no options. Also, I tried it via workflow too but the options are not there.

Anyone has done these changes please let me know :)
