Using Internal IDs as Reference Type - JE Import

I would like to have Internal IDs as my default Reference Type for Account, Department, Class, Subsidiary, and Currency. I know with Entity I'm able to put either the Name or the Internal ID and it will upload. Instead of having to update the mapping in the Import Assistant each time to Internal ID, is there a way to tell the Import Assistant that our reference type is Internal ID (inside the .csv file), or to set my default reference type to Internal ID instead of Name?
