Booking type color codes

Hello Community,

I wanted to share a practical problem we are experiencing to get help to resolve it. 

Every week our Delivery Managers and Resource Managers meet to discuss Resource requirements for the projects. The audience gets confused with Booking Type Color Codes during the conversation since users can change the colours based on their preference. Unfortunately, the Plannerboard does not have a legend to reflect the custom colour representation. This is an ongoing challenge we face every week. The alternative solution is to lock the Booking Types colour codes to use the same across-the-board.  

The legend option or the centrally controlled Booking-Types-Color-codes solutions are currently unavailable in OpenAir. I wanted to know from the Community how they handle this situation. I also wanted to know whether this change is considered in the release roadmap.
