Please take a moment to update your NetSuite Support Type on your profile page at https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/english/profile/edit-fields.


To find your NetSuite Support Type, open NetSuite and follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Support Tab > Click Go to SuiteAnswers.

2. Click the Contact Support button.

Note: Your account number will show together with your Support Type.
