Bundle update release notes

Hello,

When the 'Installed Bundles' screen is called up within NetSuite, a '!' sign indicates that an update is available for a bundle.

At that point, you can install the update, but what you don't know is; What has changed? I think it would be nice to know WHAT you are installing. Any idea where these changes, also known as release notes, can be viewed?
