Please take a moment to update your NetSuite Support Type on your profile page at https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/profile/edit.


To find your NetSuite Support Type, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Support Tab > Click Visit the Suite Answer Site

2. Click the Contact Support by Phone button.

Note: Your account number will pop-up together with your Support Type.

"Your NetSuite account number is xxxxx.

You will be prompted for your account number when you contact Customer Support. Your support level is ..."
