Scheduled Saved Search > Criteria: Date = Yesterday > Exclude Weekend

I created a scheduled transaction search to show the sales orders from yesterday the next morning. Since the date criteria is "Yesterday", on Monday I get the results from Sunday but since we are closed on weekends I need to get the results from Friday. How do I set up my criteria to show me the results for weekdays only?
