Revenue Arrangement Currency Did Not Update

I'm hoping you can help us understand/confirm Netsuite Advanced Revenue Management behavior, and also help us find a solution to our issue.

  • We created an invoice 123 with a base currency of 3187.50 CAD.
  • The Revenue Arrangement created for that invoice was for 3187.50 CAD
  • When the invoice was linked to a project, we did not realize the primary currency was USD for the project. So it updated the invoice currency to USD as well.
  • The original RAR did not update the currency and the user did not delete the RAR for that invoice so that resulted in an invoice for 3187.50 USD and a related RAR for 3187.50 CAD.
