Need help with a workflow

I have a sales order that is created from NetSuite shopify connector.

My sales orders have a custom field called Pre Order.

If this field contains the word "Pre-order", I would like to change the terms of the sales order to Due on receipt and apply a customer deposit in the amount of the order, to the order. I would like this done automatically after the sales order is created from the NetSuite Connector.

Is this possible?
