Pay Terminated Employees After Termination/Release Date
Hello,
Occasionally we need to pay employees a severance.
Senario:
Employee is officially terminated on 1/22/2022
Employee needs to be paid until 3/22/2022
Payroll processing will not pull in that employee once the termination/release date is prior to the last paid date.
We use the onboarding/offboarding plans so the termination/release date really needs to be set accurately in order to complete the onboarding offboarding plan tasks.
How do we process payroll for terminated employees after the termination release date? (without manipulating the termination release date or last paid date fields)
