Display help text recorded against all Item fields

Is there a way I can run a report/search which returns the help text recorded against each of our standard and custom Item fields? Something like:

Field Name/Label Field ID Help Text

Class class Select a class to associate with this item...

Some Field custitem_somefield This is what this field is all about
