One World Multiple Currencies - Base Currencies versus non Base

Greetings - We have a One World account with many currencies. Most of our currencies are Base in that they are associated with one of our over 175 subsidiaries. These base currencies correctly create entries in the Currency Exchange Rates page and are automatically updated daily. My question deals with currencies that are used but are not Base - meaning they are not the currency of a subsidiary. The Currency Exchange Rates page shows the relationship between the Base currency and the non-base currency. However, there are no entries for the reverse currency exchange flow.
