Workflow, turn off payment button

Hello everyone, please I need help with the following:

I am currently doing a workflow and if I register the supplier invoice directly, the invoice payment button removes it, it is correct!

Now, if I do the complete circuit, purchase order, I don't receive the items and I make the invoice, I need to turn off the payment button on the invoice, and netsuite is not doing it
