AE: From Email Address on Email Templates

We have multiple subsidiaries and I have the return email set for our German subsidiary as their email address, but the sales order confirmation is still using the email on the company settings.

I know we can send emails from a saved search with a custom "From" email address, but are you able to include a document? We want to be able to send sales order confirmations with a copy of the sales order.

Let me know if anyone has found a work around yet. :)
