AE: Defaulting the location on the Opportunity lines

Hi all,


The sales support team I am working with assure me that the location on the line items of opportunities used to populate but now it doesn't. I can't confirm now whether tit was happening in the past or not but I will try to get it to prepopulate now.


I have read up on SuiteAnswers on this and it suggests if the Location in the header is populated then the line items should follow but this is not happening. The lines also do not pull through the default location from the item record.


Can anyone help me with this? What is the standard system way to prepopulate the location on lie items.
