Return Only One Result Per Invoice Number

Okay, this is one of my most detailed and difficult requests.

I have a Saved Search which has accomplished all my tasks I set out to accomplish EXCEPT for the running total of payments made on invoices. (It lists some payments more than once.)

Issue is where INVO02963 has two payments against it. One of which is SHIPPING COST that I am trying to omit from the result. NOTE: The Shipping amount is actually only $23.50. 

Attached is a spreadsheet listing all of the Results tab data of the Saved Search.
