What is User.roleCenter?

Hi,

I'm wondering what is User.roleCenter in suitescript N/runtime Module. According to the definition is the string value of the center type, or role center, for the current user. Let's say the value of User.roleCenter is BASIC and CUSTOMER. Does the BASIC that user in the normal UI or the user is in the BASIC tabbed page?
