Even as administrators, we are unable to Active or Inactive many (maybe all) accounts in the COA
Recently, NetSuite isn't allowing administrators to check the INACTIVE box in the Chart of Accounts or Account. When clicking in the INACTIVE box, no check mark appears. (NOTE: As a side, a group of accounts recently created appear to be made INACTIVE on their own. Now, I cannot make them active.] Please advise how to make accounts inactive or action in this situation. Thanks!
