AE: Netsuite - Revenue Arrangment - change Rev Rec after one invoice sent and paid
Hi,
I have created an one year revenue arrangement, with a quarterly billing schedule. in advance.
With Straightline revenue arrangement.
I sent an invoice at beginning of Q1 and then started revenue arrangement equally amount every month from month 1 to month 12. I run the revenue arrangement for all months at once. But the customer resigned before the Q2 invoice was sent, but the revenue arrangement was already run for the full year.
The revenue arrangement is marked as completed.
So now I have 9 months of revenue in my P&L and 9 months of unbilled revenue in my balance sheet (account 1521)
